Visions
From the earliest days of Faith Community Church the church has had a clear vision to be a growing community of faith in Franklin and to surrounding communities.
Our mission is our target.
The Mission of the church established at our founding is three fold:
- To reach, teach, and preach God's love through Jesus Christ
- To build community among the followers of Christ through worship and exploration of His Word
- To function as an autonomous, independent, and Congregational church
Our covenant is our shared commitment to the mission!
The Charter Covenant
To glorify our Lord and Savor Jesus Christ, we humbly submit our efforts to teach and preach God's Word, become a spirit-filled community of faith and to uplift and support one another in God's name.
Phase Two Vision
In 2011 The church engaged in a vision and strategy process involving church leaders and other interested people from our membership. Some results that have come out of recent discussion include the following:

In the second chapter of our history, we desire to be a growing faith community building towards Phase 2.
Our immediate objectives are:
- Focus on more prayer and spiritual growth
- Develop an engaging and relevant God infused Children's Ministry and Faith Academy
- Make worship continually God-honoring and relevant to various generations
- Greater financial stability by creating a reserve fund and refinancing our mortgage
- To be more involved in missions locally and globally and Increase mission giving to 10%
- Develop a marketing plan for the church
