Lynn Merkel
Ministry Coordinator
At Faith Community, Lynn manages administrative tasks and is an active support for the ministries and maintenance of the church. In the absence of a settled pastor, she ensures that the ministries of Faith Community Church carry on and continue to grow to meet the needs of our congregation and the greater Franklin area. Active participation from our members and guests will also help our church thrive, and not merely survive, this interim period.

Caitlin Arterburn
Worship Leader
Caitlin has been a member of Faith Community Church since 2022, she has been the Worship Leader since January of 2023. She has sung for contemporary worship services since 2005in church since she was old enough to sing! In 2023, Caitlin picked up the guitar and now plays every Sunday. She has a passion for Contemporary Worship music and creating music each Sunday that connects with the service.
Caitlin graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Music (Voice) from Western Michigan University in 2008 and was an active member of the Wesley Foundation on campus. In 2008, Caitlin moved to Glendale, WI and began attending United Methodist Church of WFB, where she found her home in their praise team singing! She moved to Greendale in 2018, and continued to attend the UMCWFB through covid until she found FCC in late 2021.
In her free time Caitlin enjoys hanging with her 3 boys and husband, watching lots of kids sports, crafting, singing, playing guitar and keeping busy all the time!
